Concannon Street is a short street in the far east of Billerica, in the Riverview Park neighborhood near the Wilmington line. It runs between Norman Road and Coolidge Street, south of Donald Road and north of Harjean Road, meeting Coolidge Street opposite the end of Marilyn Road.

The ground was part of the Riverview Park plan of 1912, whose streets were never built, and was left as an open block between Coolidge Street and Norman Street on the Shawsheen River Pines plans of Harry and Jeanne Shotz in 1947. Concannon Street was laid out on the "Definitive Plan, Subdivision: Whipple Acres, Section II, Street Names: Concannon St. & Norman Road," owned by the Parson Realty Trust and dated June 1965, the second section of the Whipple Acres subdivision begun for Jeanne G. Shotz in 1963. The plan was drawn by a firm of land surveyors and engineers of Danvers, approved by the Planning Board on October 12, 1965, and recorded on March 9, 1966 (Plan Book 103, Plan 82). It shows Concannon Street 40 feet wide and about 426 feet long from Coolidge Street to Norman Road, with house lots of 15,000 to 24,000 square feet. The three houses on the street date from 1967 and 1968.

The town accepted Concannon Street as a public way at the annual town meeting of 1972, under Article 40, which accepted 78 streets laid out by the selectmen; the warrant calls it "Concannon Road" and the vote "Concannon Street." The origin of the name has not been found.
